These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to products purchased on ecooking.com for delivery in Denmark (excl. Greenland and the Faroe Islands)

To order on ecooking.com you must be 18 years old and be in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. If you haven’t turned 18 yet, you are still able to purchase products if you have obtained your parents’ or guardian’s accept or have the legal right to make a purchase.
When you are ready to order, click on “Checkout”, where you put in your name, address, e-mail, tel. no. and means of payment. You can change the products in the shopping cart right up to you confirm your purchase, by clicking on the button “Checkout”. Afterwards, your order proceeds to ecooking.com.
When you have ordered a product at Ecooking.com, you will receive a receipt confirming that we have received your order. However, the purchase commitment is concluded only when you have received an order confirmation from us.
Ecooking shall have no liability in case of typographical errors, incorrect prices and out-of-stock products. When you shop at ecooking.com, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from when you receive your order. You shall inform us that you have regretted your purchase, after which you can return the product to:

The product shall be returned in the same condition as it was received i.e. in original and unopened packaging. The seals may not be broken. When returning the product you shall make sure that the product is securely packaged. In order to make the right of cancellation valid, you must provide us with a clear message, within 14 days from receiving the order, on application to [email protected] or our customer service on tel. +45 70 70 73 66
You pay for the return shipping costs, when you regret your purchase.
We expect that you send the products as soon as possible after you have notified us about regretting the purchase; and you need to return the products within 14 days from the date when we were notified of the regret. Products returned may not be sent by cash on delivery or without distribution. We will not collect your package on the post office. In the package returned, you should always enclose documentation of your purchase.
When we receive the package, we will check it and if it is returned in above-mentioned condition, we will refund the full amount that you have paid when buying the product. You can lose your right of return completely, if the value of the product is reduced because you have started using the product, the product is damaged or you have handled the product in an unsuitable manner.
All shipments are delivered with GLS. After sending the package from Ecooking, GLS’ delivery times apply. At delivery of products the responsibility and the risk of the products shall be conveyed to the customer.
Your package is delivered within 1-3 weekdays.
At present, packages are only delivered within Denmark. No shipments to the Faroe Islands or Greenland.
GLS ParcelShop – DKK 29.00. GLS chooses the nearest ParcelShop based on the address you have stated that you want your order delivered to.
GLS has a wide range of ParcelShops nationwide. Therefore, chances are good that there’s also one near you.

It is not possible to pick up your order on our address.
Your purchase is comprised by the Danish Sale of Goods Act including lack of conformity. This means that you can either exhange a defective product, get your money refunded or get a price reduction. When you return the product, please inform us as detailed as possible about what the problem is and also enclose documentation of your purchase. If the claim is legitimate, we will refund reasonable shipping costs. Remember that the product should always be sent in secure packaging and remember to get a receipt for sending; since you are responsible for the package/the products until we receive it. Therefore, save the certificate of posting or similar information on shipping costs together with a tracking number. We will not receive packages sent per cash on delivery or without distribution.
In order to shop on ecooking.com, you must as a minimum requirement provide information about:
Name, address, e-mail and telephone/mobile number.
Above-mentioned information will be kept together with information about which products you have purchased in the last 5 years from the end of the financial year that the information concerns, cf. the Danish Bookkeeping Act § 10, after which the information will be deleted. The information will not be passed on or sold to a third party unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or the company or part of the company is sold. Potential passing on of information under these circumstances will happen in agreement with, in force at any time, the Danish Data Protection Act.
As a customer you are able to gain an insight into our registration of information about you; and you can object to a registration in accordance with the regulations regarding this in the law about processing of personal data – an inquiry in this context should be directed to ecooking.com.
A product purchased on ecooking.com is governed by Danish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the courts of Denmark.
NB: There might be small differences between the informative labelling on our website and the product you receive. This is due to our continuous effort to improve our products according to the latest knowledge about the effect of the ingredients on the environment and health.
