These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to products purchased on ecooking.com
ORDER AND PAYMENT
The following payment cards can be used:

If you shop with a debit card on Ecooking.com (Visa Debit or Mastercard), upon completion of the order, an amount corresponding to the total price of your order will be reserved on your card. Once your order has been packed, the money will be deducted from your card, canceling the reservation.
If your order is canceled or products are removed from your order before the money is withdrawn, the reservation will remain on your card for the month + 30 days, unless anything else is agreed-upon with your bank.
Depending on which country you live in or want to have ordered shipped to, we have a variety of shipping methods at prices from around €7.
We deliver with DHL Express for all countries – but otherwise you are able to see your other options at checkout.
We have free delivery on all orders over €69/£69 – except orders delivered to United States of America.
Your package is delivered within 4-7 weekdays - 1-2 weeks if shipped to United States of America.
Order at Ecooking.com
To order on ecooking.com you must be 18 years old and be in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. If you haven't turned 18 yet, you are still able to purchase products if you have obtained your parents' or guardian's accept or have the legal right to make a purchase.
When you are ready to order, click on "Checkout", where you put in your name, address, e-mail, tel. no. and means of payment. You can change the products in the shopping cart right up to you confirm your purchase, by clicking on the button "Checkout". Afterwards, your order proceeds to ecooking.com.
Receipt for receiving your order and order confirmation
When you have ordered a product at Ecooking.com, you will receive a receipt confirming that we have received your order. However, the purchase commitment is concluded only when you have received an order confirmation from us.
As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.
This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.
Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
Extended Cancellation Rights
Orders purchased between October 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31 of the following year. For example, an order placed on October 17, 2023, can be returned until January 31, 2024. You must have notified us of your desired return by January 31.
Returning the goods
When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us.
You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport.
No right to cancellation
The following agreements cannot be cancelled:
Deliveries of sealed items which for health or hygienic reasons are not suitable to be returned, when the seal has been broken after delivery.
The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
Refund of the purchase sum
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

RIGHT TO MAKE COMPLAINTS
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The article must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.

In order to shop on ecooking.com, you must as a minimum requirement provide information about:
Name, address, e-mail and telephone/mobile number.
We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary to deliver the goods to you.
Personal data is registered with Ecooking A/S and is kept for five years, after which the details are deleted.
In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf and must not use them for their own purposes.
We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection.
On ecooking.com the person responsible for data is Ecooking A/S.
You are entitled to be told what details about you we process. If you believe the details are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. These could, for instance, be data which are no longer necessary for the purpose we used them for. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data are being processed in a way that is against the law. You can also write to us at email@example.com.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be used in combination with other discount codes or on already discounted items.
WHERE YOU CAN COMPLAIN
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact Customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg. You can make your complaint here.
To complain about goods or services, the goods or services must have a value between 1.110 DKK and 100.000 DKK. If the goods you want to complain about are clothes or shoes the value must be at least 720 DKK. A fee will be charged.
When you buy from an e-mærket webshop, you can have your case tried free of charge – regardless of the amount of the goods or services complained about. Read more here.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
A product purchased on ecooking.com is governed by Danish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the courts of Denmark. NB: There might be small differences between the informative labelling on our website and the product you receive. This is due to our continuous effort to improve our products according to the latest knowledge about the effect of the ingredients on the environment and health.
