What is a Derma Roller?

Derma Roller is an effective tool that reduces fine lines and delays signs of aging. It can be used by both men and women of all ages and all skin types.

Ecooking's Derma Roller consist of a 0.5 mm needle system divided into 540 micro-needles made of surgical steel which beautify your skin according to professional principles. When you treat your skin with the Derma Roller, you stimulate it so that your skin retains its elasticity and resilience.

The Derma Roller works by rolling it over the skin and poking tiny holes in the epidermis. Once you are done, it is important to apply a serum so that the skin can be penetrated. Ecooking's serums are thin in consistency, and therefore they work well after using Derma Roller.

How and how often should you use Derma Roller?

We recommend you use your Ecooking's Derma Roller in the evening after cleansing your skin. You can use it on your face, your neck and your décolleté.

Treat one area at a time. Roll 3-6 times with gentle pressure - both vertically, horizontally and diagonally and then continue on to a new area. Remember to lift the roller when changing direction so that you do not roll too many times over the same area.

Finish by using your favorite serum. Give the serum time to set well before applying your night cream.

We recommend that you use this treatment 1-3 times a week over a period of 4-6 weeks. Then, for a few months, stop using the Derma Roller. Do not use it over the summer when your face is exposed to sun more than usual.

How to clean Derma Roller?

It is important that you clean your Derma Roller after each use.

Your Ecooking Derma Roller comes with an empty Derma Care bottle, which you have to fill with ethanol and water in a 1: 1 ratio and use to clean your Derma Roller.

Which serum should I choose?

The treatment with your Derma Roller should always be followed by a good serum and a night cream. If you do not already have a favorite or are in doubt about which one to choose, here is a brief introduction to our various serums:

Moisturizing serum: For all ages and skin types, as all skin types need moisture.

E-vitamin serum: Repairs your skin and is suitable for all skin types and ages.

Super Serum: Especially aimed at you who are 35+ and want intense moisture and at the same time fight signs of aging.

Firming serum in capsules: As the name suggests, this is an anti-aging serum with a primer effect so you can see the result right away. It becomes even more effective when used with our Derma Rollers. This is now also available in a bottle form, like our other serums.

Acne Serum: For those who suffer from oily acne. The serum prevents bacteria from thriving on your skin.

Young Face serum: For those with young skin. Good for impurities, dry and irritated skin.
