How long do you keep my information?
The information is stored for the period permitted by law and we will delete it when the data is no longer valid or the purpose for which the data was collected has expired. It is also possible for you to request that the data be removed or handed over. However, it is only possible to have the data removed if the basis for it does not violate current legislation that is in line with the General Data Protection Regulation.

When purchasing on ecooking.com, we will store data about your order in accordance with the Accounting Act, which means that we must store data about a transaction / invoice for 5 years. This also makes it easier for us to meet requirements on us, such as the right of complaint. If you have any objections to us storing this data, you should contact us in order to anonymise the data, if possible.

When contacting through a contact form, we will store the data you send to us (name, e-mail, possibly other personal information) for up to 2 years.

When creating a user on ecooking.com, we will store data on you and your user for as long as it is deemed relevant to your movements on the page. Since your user does not have an expiration date, there is no direct restriction on data expiration. By having a user with us, however, you confirm that the data provided is correct and up-to-date, at all times. You always have the option of having your user deleted, as well as associated data removed from our services if desired.
