Makeup brushes

Beautiful makeup requires the right makeup brush - luckily, Ecooking's brush selection makes it easy for you to create the perfect look.

Guide: Which makeup brush do I use for what?

Blush Brush

You can use this brush for blush, contouring, highlights, and bronzer.

Apply blush directly on your cheekbones. To create a fresh and healthy look, you can also use blush on your apple cheeks. To create nice contouring by using light and dark shadows, you place a dark contour under the cheekbone, the blush on a cheekbone itself, and a light highlighter on the upper part of the cheekbone.
Add glow to your face by applying bronzer.

Eye Precision Brush

This round brush is very easy to work with. Use it on the outer part of your eyelid by following the eye's natural shape.
The rounding of the brush also makes it good for toning eyeliner and eye makeup under the lower lash line.
The brush is also ideal for creating fine and effective highlights at the corner of the eye and under the brow.

Eye Shadow Blend Brush

This soft brush is great for toning your eye shadow in the outer part of your eyelid or for creating more natural eyeshadow looks.
Use the brush to tone your smokey eye or for highlights under the brow bone, on the upper cheekbone, or the bridge of the nose. Ideal for applying powder close to the eye area or at the nose wing.

Foundation Brush

The pointed shape of the Foundation Brush makes it easy to work with and by circular motions you can apply the foundation very precisely.
By using circular motions, you also avoid spotty makeup and at the same time warm up the skin, so that your foundation absorbs even better into your skin. Foundation Brush is also good for strong contouring.

Eyelash & Brow Brush

Use an eyebrow pencil to draw your eyebrows and then brush the eyebrow into the desired shape. You can also create your own lash look by applying many fine, small layers of mascara and then using Eyelash & Brow Brush to make just the shape you want.
A voluminous lash look can make your mascara clump, but here you can use Eyelash & Brow Brush to separate the lashes.

Eye Shadow Brush

This brush is good for putting eye shadow on the eyelid, but also suitable for creating light base colors for makeup.
To achieve a more intense pigment, dab the eye shadow into your skin - so you also avoid the eye shadow sprinkling.

Powder Brush

This brush is ideal for mineral powder. Apply the powder and then work it well into the skin with circular motions.
That way you get a consistent result. For a more comprehensive result, press the powder into the skin. With an intense pressure, you get more opacity, while a lighter pressure gives a more natural result.

Concealer Brush

Concealer Brush makes it easy to cover impurities accurately and with greater coverage.
The size and the pointed shape make this brush ideal for concealer and to cover dark circles and bumps. It is easy to work the concealer well into the corner of the eye and in the nose wing.

How do I clean my makeup brushes?

We recommend that you wash your brush before first use.

Your brush benefits from being washed once a week. That way, it lasts longer, and it also helps minimize the number of bacteria. Wash your brush with intimate wash soap or a mild, fragrance-free shampoo. Remember that water can dissolve the glue, so to take the best possible care of your brush, it is important to keep the glue and the shaft free of water when washing your brush. Place the on a dry and clean towel to dry so that the water does not run down into the glue.

All the brushes are made of synthetic hair and are therefore vegan.
